Windows PCs (Windows 10 or newer)
Mac computers (macOS 10.15 or newer)
iPhones and iPads
Android phones and tablets
TVs via Chromecast, AirPlay, or HDMI cable
Windows Computers
- Operating system:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Supported browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Firefox
- Opera
- Browser should be updated to the latest version
- Internet Explorer is not supported
Mac Computers
- Operating system:
- macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later
- Supported browsers:
- Safari (recommended)
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
- Opera
- Browser should be updated to the latest version
iPhone and iPad
- iOS / iPadOS 13 or later
- Supported browser:
- Safari only
- Screen Mirroring must be turned OFF during playback
- Lightning-to-HDMI adapters are not supported
- AirPlay is supported on compatible devices
Android Devices
- Android 8.0 or later
- Supported browser:
- Google Chrome
- Other Android browsers may not work reliably
Watching on Your TV with Chromecast
- Chromecast (3rd generation or newer)
- Chromecast with Google TV
- Phone, tablet, or computer must be on the same Wi-Fi network as Chromecast
- Start video playback before selecting Cast
- If the Cast icon does not appear, casting is not supported for that device or video
Watching on Your TV with AirPlay
- Supported devices:
- Apple TV (4th generation or newer)
- AirPlay-enabled smart TVs
- Use the AirPlay button in the video player
- Screen Mirroring must be OFF
- Some watermarked videos may not support AirPlay
Using a Smart TV Web Browser
- Built-in TV browsers may not support secure video playback
- Black screen or playback errors may occur
- Chromecast, AirPlay, or HDMI is recommended instead
Connecting with an HDMI Cable
- Connect your computer directly to the TV using HDMI
- TV and HDMI cable must support secure video playback
- If audio plays but video is black:
- Try a different HDMI cable
- Try another TV input
- Disconnect external displays and retry playback
Playback Issues or Buffering
- Video quality adjusts automatically based on internet speed
- Slow or unstable connections may cause buffering
- Try the following:
- Move closer to your Wi-Fi router
- Close other apps using the internet
- Use a wired internet connection if available
Black Screen Issues
- Turn OFF Screen Mirroring
- Disconnect unsupported HDMI displays
- Stop and restart casting
- Make sure your device software is fully up to date
