Reports
Visit the REPORTS screen to download CSV files detailing patron usage and session analytics for your virtual events. Below find screenshot samples for each report, displaying the columns of data that can be expected with the output. The reports, as is, may provide the needed details, or they can be further manipulated with sorting, calculatation, etc. to refine them to specific needs. Additionally, use of excel pivot tables are often a handy way to extract specific data from large data sets. A tutorial for using pivot tables can be found here: Pivot Tables Tutorial

1. All Videos Report
A list of all videos including primary videos, bonus content, insertions, and trailers. Any videos deleted will also appear in this report with "Deleted" in the Status column. The Opened Count column details the number of times the play button was activated, and the Watched Count column details the number of times at least 70% of the video was watched. The three custom data fields are located on the Metadata sub-menus for Videos, Live Events, and Playlists. These are internal only, and offer a method to track groupings of content for any number of purposes.
2. Video Session Report
A list of all sessions for a specific video including percentage watched, location and browser details. The Types column will report on which type of subscription, if any, for a subscriber. The "Video Custom Data" columns display data from the custom data fields on the video's Metadata sub-menu, and The "Accessor Custom Data" columns display data stored on the subscriber's or voucher's record. Date Accessed column is reported in UTC time.
3. Playlist Session Report
A list of all sessions for a specific playlist including percentage watched, location and browser details. The "Video Custom Data" columns display data entered on the video asset's Metadata sub-menu, at the bottom in the Custom Data section. The "Accessor Custom Data" columns display data stored on the subscriber's or voucher's record.
4. Subscribers Report
All subscribers and their viewing stats, by date range. The report will include deleted subscribers, noted as "(deleted)". This report may take some time to generate and will be sent to your email once complete.
5. Vouchers Report
Viewing statistics for all vouchers, by "creation date" date range. The "Order ID" column is data added, if any, when the voucher was created via the API (usually by an outside ticketing solution). The "Custom Data" fields can also be populated via the API or from the voucher's detail screen in the administrative portal.
6. Player Links Report
Date range report for all player links.
7. All Sessions Report
Viewing statistics by date range for each time an asset has been viewed. Due to the potential size of this report an email will be sent when the report is ready for download. If you are only looking for one day's activity, set your date range to be the date you'd like to the following day. That will give you one day's activity. This report can be filtered to only include watched sessions of 70% or higher.
8. Live Stream Sessions Report
Viewing statistics by date range for all live stream sessions. Due to the potential size of this report an email will be sent when the report is ready for download. If you are only looking for one day's activity, set your date range to be the date you'd like to the following day. That will give you one day's activity. This report can be filtered to only include watched sessions of 70% or higher.
9. Utilization Report
Account utilization including minutes streamed, play count, and ingested assets, by date range. This may take some time and will be sent to your email once complete. This report can be used to cross-reference invoices from CineSend.
10. Minutes Streamed Report
Minutes streamed by video for a date range. This may take some time and will be sent to your email once complete.
11. Custom Data Utilization Report
Utilization (play count, minutes streamed, and ingested assets) by date range, by a specific custom data field (Custom Data 1, 2, or 3). If a row in column A is blank, that means all assets that had nothing entered in that custom data field.
12. Asset Ratings Report
A list of all assets (videos, live events, playlists, tv series) and their overall ratings by patrons. Can be filtered by a watched percentage in order to limit it to voters who watched at least a specific amount of the asset.
13. Asset Access Report
A list of all assets (videos, live events, playlists, tv series) with their metadata, publish and unpublish dates, geoblocking policies, and voucher and subscriber access policies. Great for use in exporting metadata, or for checking access settings or publishing window settings, etc.
